When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5 business days for your package to be processed and shipped.  Orders placed on holidays are processed on the next business day.

Does 7MIEN ship internationally?

No. U.S. Shipping only. Please check back soon as we expand!

Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?

Your order will be in "Pre-shipment" status once your order's label is printed. Tracking numbers are sent to your email upon processing. Your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in their system. 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days. 

Exchanges/Refunds

All items are final sale. Please email info@7mien.com or call our customer service phone number if you have received an incorrect item and/or are missing an item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@7mien.com for exchange approval first.
